เมื่อวันที่ 22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 เวลา 13.00 น. คณะกรรมการประเมินโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบลจากส่วนกลางและคณะกรรมการจากสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยการนำของท่านวรพงษ์ สันติวงค์ รองผอ.สพป.เชียงราย เขต 2 ประธานคณะกรรมการประเมินโรงเรียนดีศรีตำบล ได้เข้ามาประเมินที่โรงเรียนตามเกณฑ์การประเมินแบบมาตรฐาน ผลการประเมิน โรงเรียนแม่อ้อวิทยาคม ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ในนามของท่านผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและคณะครูนักเรียนทุกคนต้องขอกราบขอบพระคุณ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ที่มาให้กำลังใจและตอบคำถามจากคณะกรรมการประเมินทำให้โรงเรียนประสบผลสำเร็จเป็นอย่างดี
